Just Paradise Place, on any day you can see why the homesteaders chose the name. The view feeds your soul. The sound of rustling leaves, singing birds, flowing water all add up to make quite the neighborhood. Bear Creek Winery is 1.3 miles, Down East Saloon local watering hole 1 mile,  KACHEMAK Gear Shed LFS marine and outdoor  is 1.7 miles, Bagel Shop 2 miles all out East End road. Equidistant to the west is the town center. We are located an easy drive to all that Homer has to offer. Downtown, the library and post office and Subway are just 5 minutes away. Two Sisters bakery, AJ’s steakhouse and Wild Honey all in Old Town 7 minutes, 10 minutes to the Spit, 12 minutes to the Airport. We only have two Traffic lights and two flashing stop signs in town.
