Deposit and Cancellation Policies

One night deposit is required to hold the room or rooms. Price may vary according to total nights booked and number of rooms.
If for some reason you must cancel, this is my policy:
Cancellation up to 30 days  prior to arrival date,
I will issue a check for the full amount if you secured the room with a check.
For a credit card deposit I will refund the deposit minus 6% (credit card surcharge) back to the same card used to secure the room.
Any cancellation after that will forfeit your entire deposit.
Long-held reservations are reservations that are made six months or more in advance. Long-held reservations that are cancelled after April 1 (of that year’s season) will be subject to a cancellation fee. If the room or rooms are rebooked for the same period as the cancelled reservation the deposit/cancellation fee will be returned.

Check In Policy

Normal check in times are: 

4:00-6:30 PM and 8:30-10:00 PM 

(6:30-8:30 is our dinner break thanks for your consideration).

 

For Early Check in times

Please call one week prior to stay 

 

For a Late Check in

You must call NO LATER THAN 10:00 AM on the arrival day to arrange it.

We are happy to work with your schedule given the details.

 

 

Special Requests

We are happy to work with you to accomadate your specials request. Please call or send an email. Advanced notice makes it easy for us to Provide Vegan Breakfasts, Gluten Free Breads and Other food requests. Same day requests may be difficult to fulfill. 

We cannot not accept pets as the owner suffers from many allergies.
